Steps to Apply for Free

As a transfer student, we know your situation is a little different than the average Lipscomb applicant. We welcome students who have previously attended community college, junior college or other four-year universities.

Whether you’ve learned all you could learn from your previous college or simply realized your last school wasn’t a good fit, we’re here to give you the support you need to finish strong.

Follow these simple steps to apply to Lipscomb. You’ll know within a few weeks whether you have been accepted to join the herd.

1. Complete an application

Don’t worry about the application fee—we waive it for all transfers!

Or you can complete the application through the Common App.

2. Send us your official transcripts

Submit an official transcript from each college you’ve previously attended. If you are transferring with fewer than 60 credit hours, we also ask that you submit your ACT or SAT scores, as well as your official high school transcript sent to Lipscomb directly from the issuing school.
